Scope and limits
- DEV ordinary byte comparison; no security, quality or historical provenance conclusion.
- UTF-8 and BOM UTF-16 supported within text budgets; binary and nested archives have no textual diff.
- 8 MiB uploads; 32 MiB expanded; 1000 members; 512 KiB/text; 2000 lines/text; 4096 characters/line; 4 MiB canonical result.
- Equal bytes at different paths is an overlapping relation, not a proven rename.
- Fixed public synthetic example. Private rights and 7-day access windows are unchanged.
